We all know the benefits of green tea, but did you know that white tea is the go-to anti-aging ingredient in China. White tea comes from the silver tip of the green tea plant, and is one of the strongest antioxidants in the world. The leaves go through very minimal processing while being manufactured so they maintain a very high concentration of antioxidants. This helps to protect our skin from free radicals and the pollution we’re exposed to everyday. It also helps combat aging caused by stress, an unbalanced diet, and the sun. You might be noticing skincare lines adding white tea to their products and for good reason! It’s also known to reduce puffiness and firm up the eye area.
Yes, we highly encourage you to sip this tea regularly, but you can also apply it directly to your face in the form of a mask.
