What is one ritual you have to do everyday? Whether it be your makeup, when you wake up, or a daily practice.
Upon waking, I practice 20-30 minutes of conscious, diaphragmatic, breathing in meditation
What’s in your makeup bag?
Aveda Dual Base, L’oreal Voluminous Mascara, Smashbox CC Cream, Clinique Chubby Stick and a Channel Brow Pencil
After a long day or week what helps you balance your life?
Getting to my mat and practicing Modo Yoga.
What are your three must haves when you travel?
A liter and a half of water, a giant Pashmina scarf and the latest issue of Psychology today magazine.
Heels or Flats?
Heels, I have short legs.
If you could have any one thing in life what would it be and why?
Perfect health, because without it you can enjoy nothing else.
How do you keep it all together during the busy times?
Prayer, meditation, writing things down – I’m a list maker
During your free time what activity do you enjoy doing the most?
Traveling, practicing Asana and reading/studying

My amazing Mother and Father, Darren B. Lamb and my yoga teachers.
When do you feel the most beautiful?
When I am genuinely helping others.
What is the most important piece of advice you would offer someone starting their own business?
Make sure you differentiate yourself in the market place.
Do your homework: research demographics and your potential market-share.
What does it mean to you to support other women?
Everything-the empowerment of women, is the key to more well-balanced planet and peaceful future.

Immerse myself in new study of different healing modalities.

Diane is a lifelong athlete, who was brought to her first yoga class in order to rehabilitate a knee injury. It only took one class for her to realize the multiplicity of benefits to the mind, body and spirit provided the practice of Asana. Diane is a certified personal trainer, she holds a B.A. in International Politics, a Diploma in Business-Marketing and minors in Philosophy and Religious Studies. Yoga gave Diane the insight and inspiration necessary to leave the corporate world behind and pursue work she truly loves, as a trainer and yoga instructor. Diane travelled to Hawaii, where she completed the five week intensive portion of Moksha’s 500 hour teacher certification program. She has explored with the studies of Anusara Yoga, is also certified to teach Restorative Yoga, has been continuing her studies in Astanga and Yoga Philosophy and most recently has been committed to wrapping her arms and mind around Vinyasa. She is a professional mentor hired on by Yoga International, and an alumni ambassador for Lululemon. Diane teaches Moksha, Flow/Vinyasa, Yin, Anusara Inspired and Restorative Yoga.
